We offer you a guarantee of 24 months (for privat clients) and 12 months (for professional clients) on the material and the fabrication. Please consider our Terms and Conditions for more information.
If there is a defective device, please contact our customer service. We will then work out the damage together and find a replacement solution as quickly as possible. Of course we will offer you to repair or replace the device free of charge in the case of guarantee .
