Is delivery already included?
Yes, we deliver free of charge to your CH or LI address from 79 CHF!
Can I also order outside of Switzerland/Liechtenstein?
Yes, you can do that if you give us a CH or LI as well as a billing address and delivery address.
Please note that we offer no shipping and no invoicing outside of Switzerland/Liechtenstein .
Are the goods in stock?
Yes, we have most items in stock. If not, we have marked this as such. If there are any delays in delivery, we will of course inform you.
Do we accept purchase on account?
Yes, for our business customers (AG or GmbH) with a valid UID we offer purchase on account. If you do not meet this criterion, you will receive an invoice for advance payment from us in advance. Our general terms and conditions apply.
Can the goods also be picked up?
No, we are purely an online business and have no way of preparing the goods for you to collect.
Are devices also repaired?
Yes! We repair the devices within the realm of possibility!
